Agreement
App Spend Guard is provided by Elektraset, s.r.o. (https://elektraset.com/, help@elektraset.com). Effective date: 19 October 2026. By using the app you agree to these terms on behalf of the merchant you are authorized to represent.
Service and responsibility
The app helps you reconcile merchant-imported Shopify app charge lines with merchant-entered ledger details, record decisions, schedule optional reminders and export support drafts. Data accuracy and actions taken using the output remain your responsibility. Use only data you have permission to process. Do not upload payment credentials or unrelated personal data, misuse the service or interfere with other merchants.
Review candidates and limits
A flag is a request for human review, not proof of incorrect billing. Later invoices can contain valid earlier charges. Expected-price differences can reflect usage, tax, proration, annual periods or currency. We do not inspect every other app’s invoice, measure its actual usage, cancel its contract, contact its vendor automatically or guarantee a refund. Output is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
Plans and cancellation
Proposed launch plans are Free (3 ledger apps and 50 lifetime imported lines) and Guard ($19 USD/month; 100 apps and 5,000 imported lines per calendar month, plus email reminders). Paid availability depends on Shopify plan approval and configuration; no purchase is available from the landing page. Charges, once enabled, use Shopify’s billing solution and require your approval. No annual plan or usage fee is currently offered. Existing records and exports remain accessible when paid entitlement ends; new imports and app additions follow Free limits. Uninstall stops future Shopify billing cycles, subject to previously generated charges. Billing disputes should be sent to support; statutory rights apply.
Availability and support
Contact help@elektraset.com. We investigate reproducible issues during business support operations; no response-time or uptime guarantee is made. Delivery of reminder emails depends on valid settings and email-provider availability. Do not rely on email alone to meet cancellation deadlines.
Data and termination
You retain ownership of your imported content and grant us permission to process it to provide this service. You may export data and delete it in Settings. Uninstall disables reminders; Shopify privacy notifications or a verified deletion request remove remaining account data. We may suspend misuse or security threats.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of savings, charge recovery or uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for third-party app charges or vendor decisions. Liability for ordinary service claims is limited to fees paid to us for the preceding twelve months; this does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, willful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and applicable law
Material changes are communicated before applying where required. These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, subject to mandatory protections under applicable law. Contact support to resolve a dispute before further proceedings. Shopify is a separate provider and does not endorse this app.
